RN Case Manager - Inpatient: This position is responsible for initial medical necessity review for level of care, as well as facilitating the patient’s hospitalization from arrival through discharge. The Case Manager interfaces with Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers, Payers, and other healthcare team members to expedite medically appropriate, cost-effective care.
