Social Worker Jobs at Overlake can include:

Social Worker - Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic: This person is a member of the direct patient care team involved in the delivery of individual, group and family services for adult patients. This position is responsible for patient clinical assessment, direct patient care, family conferences, discharge planning, prior authorizations and utilization review.

Social Worker - Inpatient Orthopedic Unit: This team member will manage a caseload of complex and long length of stay patients on the inpatient medical units as well as support care planning for complex long length of stay patients in the Inpatient Unit. This position will play a critical role in supporting the Social Work team and process improvement initiatives.

Mental Health Specialist/Social Worker - Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit: This person is a member of the psychiatry nursing team whose primary duties and responsibilities are to provide individualized direct care and to participate in the Interdisciplinary Program.
