Leadership Jobs in Redmond, WA at Overlake can include: Director of Overlake Clinics Business Operations: This role is responsible for centralized functions that support Overlake Clinics including credentialing, HIM, coding, referral coordinator, call center, training team and float pool, deploying staff throughout the organization based on prioritized clinic needs. The Director of Business Operations also oversees clinical functions that are centralized - Pharmacy refill Team and RN Inbasket Management. Supervisor of Surgical Processing: This role is responsible for managing the daily operations and activities of Surgical Processing in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations and standards. He/she coordinates the daily activities of the department, and works collaboratively with medical, nursing, materials management, and other healthcare team members to provide quality services and patient satisfaction. Nurse Manager: A team member in this role will provide leadership to a 40 bed Medical Unit (Renal, Pulmonary, neurology, infectious disease, dialysis, etc.) with surgical overflow. He/she will have the opportunity to lead and mentor an engaged nursing team of approximately 60.0 total FTEs consisting of registered nurses and patient care technicians.
