Salary$156,166.00 - $249,870.00Our organization. Your opportunity. If selected for this highly visible role, you'll be responsible for development, implementation and oversight of Overlake's Compliance & Risk Management Program. You'll report directly to our General Counsel/Chief of Staff. He will be the only layer between you and the CEO. Working with the General Counsel, you'll advise our Board of Trustees and senior leaders on matters related to compliance, privacy and risk management.
Our expectations. This is a job for a proven healthcare compliance executive. Desired qualifications include:
- A minimum of 5 years in healthcare compliance that includes medical, legal, ethical and privacy issues. (required)
- Experience with risk management preferred
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
- Industry certification in both risk management and compliance preferred (ASHRM, CPHRM, HCCA, CHC, etc.)
