Overlake is searching for Laboratory leader who can grow our laboratory programs while sustaining our high safety and quality standards. To be considered, you'll need more than clinical expertise. We're looking for a leader who will foster high levels of employee engagement in an environment that attracts and retains great people.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, or the Biological Sciences
• An additional Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) is preferred.
• American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) certification as a Medical Technologist (MT), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or Microbiologist (M).
• At least 5 years of management/leadership experience.

Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional pay based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.
