Pay range:

• Phone and data cabling
• Phone switch maintenance
• Phone equipment maintenance
• Coordinator of all move/add/changes (MACs)
• Supervision of all contract cabling, construction and other voice/data vendors. 

•  Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in cabling, computer science or the engineering field.
• At least two years prior experience with cable/phone system troubleshooting and maintenance required.  AT&T Definity Switch experience preferred. At least one year prior experience working with CISCO networking equipment preferred,
• Demonstrated ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and correct system user’s problems.  Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.  Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.  Demonstrated ability in project management and budget preparation.

Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional pay based on shift, certification or level of education. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience and internal equity.
