$69,264.00 - $110,822.00
Exciting opportunity in Overlake's brand new Off-Campus Emergency Department.
Overlake is preparing to open our first off-campus ED (OCED) facility in Lynnwood this fall. This new OCED will provide 24/7 ED-level care in a highly collaborative, fast-paced setting. It will be based on the model MultiCare has used to open highly successful OCED locations across Washington State.
Responsible for the operation of all patient registration areas throughout the hospital.  Closely coordinates with other hospital departments and clinical areas as needed to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Variable Shifts - ED is open 24/7 with Supervisor providing variable coverage
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Requires two years of lead or supervisory experience in a similar position within a hospital, clinic, or related field.  Knowledge of and experience with automated systems required, Epic preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.  Strong organization skills required.  Effective verbal and written communication skills.  High-stress climate requires the ability to conduct several projects simultaneously and maintain stability in the department.
