Pay range:
$97,302.00 - $155,688.00Overlake is seeking a dedicated Manager of Environmental Services to lead our EVS team and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Environmental Services (EVS) department.
Ensure compliance with hospital, regulatory, and infection control standards.
Train, schedule, and supervise EVS staff to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and maintain cleaning protocols, supplies, and equipment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and two-year degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
3+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare/hospital EVS role.
Strong knowledge of safety, infection control, and environmental regulations.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
