Pay range:

Overlake is seeking a dedicated Manager of Environmental Services to lead our EVS team and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Environmental Services (EVS) department.

• Ensure compliance with hospital, regulatory, and infection control standards.

• Train, schedule, and supervise EVS staff to ensure optimal performance.

• Monitor and maintain cleaning protocols, supplies, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and two-year degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree.

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare/hospital EVS role.

• Strong knowledge of safety, infection control, and environmental regulations.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
