Salary$139,443.00 - $223,101.00

The Manager of Medical Imaging is responsible for oversight and management of imaging departments, both inpatient, and outpatient locations.  The manager works with the director, supervisors, and leads to develop department goals and priorities, develop, implement and monitor operating policies and procedures, build effective working relationships with communication/action, provide effective leadership, assess and improve quality and safety of care/service, and prepare budget and monitor variances.  Serves as a role model and resource within the department. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Associate’s degree in an imaging modality required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Registry (ARRT, RDMS, NMTCB, etc.) in an appropriate field required.
  • Washington State licensure in applicable field required.
  • Certified Radiology Administrator highly desired. (CRA is the leadership credential obtained through the AHRA, the Association for Medical Imaging Management).
  • Minimum of one year management experience in a clinical or hospital environment required.
  • Three years Medical Imaging technologist experience required. 
  • Advanced knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Knowledgeable of HIS, RIS systems, computerized scheduling, etc., preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively read, write and speak the English language.
