Full-Time / Days

Monday-Friday (Including occasional travel to Issaquah Primary Care 2-4 times/month)

Overlake Clinics is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our Pulmonology Clinic on our main Bellevue campus.

In this role, you will support multiple pulmonology providers, while also coordinating care. You will ensure that patients are roomed in a timely manner, perform patient intake, coordinate oxygen for patients, assist with pre- and post-procedure management, transport fluids to the lab, and document patient interactions in our electronic medical records system.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or previous military training/experience that satisfies Washington state standards required.
  • Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) or Interim MA-C through WA State DOH required (the latter must obtain regular MA-C within 6-months of hire).
  • Current healthcare provider CPR certification required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
  • Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.
