Salary$135,699.00 - $203,549.00Overlake Clinics is committed to delivering exceptional mental health care—and we’re looking for a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our ambulatory Integrative Psychiatry team.
Enjoy a diverse role and make a difference across multiple specialties. This role will be dedicated to supporting Overlake's Redmond/Bellevue Primary Care Clinics as well as the Cancer Center and Metabolic and Bariatric Services clinic.
Overlake Hospital Medical Center is a leader in providing quality adult psychiatric services to the Puget Sound community for more than 50 years. Overlake’s treatment team provides comprehensive and individualized patient care and treatment. The psychiatry department has a team of 9 adult psychiatrists, 4 nurse practitioners, 6 therapists and 1 pharmacist practicing in a collaborative and support team-based model.

Position Details
- Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
- Monday-Friday (3 days in Bellevue, 2 days in Redmond)
- EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)
- Collaborative, supportive, and multidisciplinary care model

Compensation & Benefits
- Paid Time Off: starts with 21 days plus 9 paid holidays
- Continuing Medical Education: 1 week + $3,000 CME allowance

Qualifications
- Board certified or eligible in Psychiatry
- WA RN and ARNP license by time of hire
- Prior inpatient and consult-liaison experience required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
