Salary$174,907.00 - $279,843.00

Located in Bellevue, Washington, Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is a regional nonprofit healthcare system with a 349-bed hospital and a growing network of primary, urgent care and specialty care clinics. The Opportunity:

We are searching for a nursing leader who combines strong business development skills with a passion for operational excellence. If selected, you'll report to our Chief Administrative Officer. He will be the only layer between you and the CEO. Your scope will include inpatient surgery, outpatient surgery, PACU and sterile processing.

Qualifications:

To be considered, you'll need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (master's strongly preferred)
  • MBA or MHA are preferred.
  • Current RN license (Washington state or multi-state)
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible acute care management experience.
