Pay range:

Overlake Clinics, LLC (OC) is currently seeking a Per Diem Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our Bellevue Urgent Care Clinic. Primary responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling appointments, answering phones, distribution of records through the EMR system and executing duties in a manner that provides excellent customer service for the patient experience

Urgent Care hours are Monday through Saturday 12:00pm - 10:00pm.  May pick up shifts in Primary Care too. 

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.

Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level.
