Pay range:

Inpatient Psychiatrist or experienced Nurse Practitioner sought for weekend inpatient and consult opportunity with Overlake Medical Center.

This is a great opportunity for a weekend only role with full-time benefits. This position covers the inpatient unit and the consult services at Overlake. This includes rounding on patients on both services during the day and having the pager at night for emergencies. All non-urgent requests go to a voicemail that the provider reviews in the morning.

This is a wonderful opportunity to help patients recover that are engaged in inpatient treatment as this is a voluntary only unit. Coverages starts Friday night at 5pm and ends at 8 am Monday Morning.  The provider will spend Saturday and Sunday in our new 14-bed inpatient unit and provide consult coverage from 8am to 5pm.  We also have on-going per diem weekend openings.  

Overlake Hospital Medical Center is a leader in providing quality adult psychiatric services to the Puget Sound community for more than 50 years. The psychiatry department has a team of 10 adult Psychiatrists practicing in a collaborative and supportive team-based model.

Qualifications: 
- Board certified or eligible in Psychiatry
- Completion of a US or Canadian Residency program

- Completion of a qualified Nurse Practitioner program
