Hourly$49.00 - $87.12

Overlake is growing our voluntary inpatient psychiatric unit. We are looking for a Registered Nurse. The Psychiatric Unit is a 14 bed acute voluntary unit specializing in crisis intervention for adult patients. Our average length of stay is 3-5 days. A Mental Health Specialist is a member of the psychiatry nursing team whose primary duties and responsibilities are to provide individualized direct care and to participate in the Interdisciplinary Program.

Evenings

8 Hour shift

Qualifications:

  • Associates in nursing, BSN preferred.

  • Current WA state RN license required.

  • Healthcare provider CPR Certification required.

  • One year of psychiatric nursing experience preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, customer service and communication skills/experience.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Triage experience preferred.
