This is a full lifecycle recruiting role with diverse customer groups that include both clinical and non-clinical departments. The requisition load will vary, but averages 40 to 90. This is a hybrid role that requires residency in Washington state.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree. Equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

• National certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, RACR, etc.)

• Minimum 5 years of high-volume recruitment experience or four years of recruitment experience which includes a minimum of one year with Overlake Medical Center & Clinics. 

• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, advertising and interacting with the public.

• Experience in a 24/7 industry with a high population of hourly employees is desired. Experience in a healthcare setting and/or union environment is also preferred, but not required.

• Previous experience with Workday software would be a definite advantage.

This position is currently a hybrid role based in our Bellevue, WA office. There is an option to work from home one or more days per week on a regularly scheduled basis.

For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level.
