Pay range:

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is seeking a passionate Part-time (0.6 FTE) Social Worker or Mental Health Therapist to join the team.

In this role you will provide counseling, therapeutic assessments, and interventions for adult mental health patients in a holistic, culturally sensitive process that promotes the dignity, respect, safety and maximum optimal functioning of the individual.  You will provide individual therapy sessions using evidence based treatments and develops individualized treatment plans.  

As a part of integrative psychiatry, you will collaborate with the patient’s integrative psychiatrist and PCP for short-term management and stabilization of symptoms through therapeutic individual treatment with short term CBT or other applicable therapeutic approaches. This role will provide integrative psychiatry services for our Redmond and Kirkland Primary Care Clinics.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree required.
• Candidate must possess one of the following licenses from the state of Washington: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Minimum two (2) years of recent, continuous experience as a psychotherapist required.  Experience in providing psychotherapeutic behavioral health services in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.
