Are you a high school student interested in pursuing a career in healthcare?
The application window opens Tuesday, April 1, 2026. This is a very popular program with limited space—only 16 participants will be chosen from the first 25 complete applications received.
The Teen Summer Volunteer Program at Overlake provides an opportunity for teen’s ages 16–18 years old who will be attending high school or a high school program in the 2026-2027 school year to volunteer in a healthcare setting over a period of six weeks from June 25th to August 7th.
Hospital volunteers are key to helping Overlake provide exceptional service to our patients and visitors by providing both behind-the-scenes support for hospital departments as well as public-facing positions.
Completed applications require:
• Cover Letter explaining your interest in the program
• Email addresses for two references, one guidance counselor and one teacher
